How is Maid to Management different?
Being involved in the cleaning/hospitality business for 10+ years and through the relationships we built with different home owners, we noticed the property management needs varied. We wanted to create a company that offers the range in short-term rental services that can cater to the needs and wants of the Owners. We understand if you don’t need someone to fully step in and run things so we created different tiers for that exact reason. Your home is your home!
As an owner, can I still use my property?
Absolutely! We encourage it but we do need advance notice and require a minimum rental availability
How long is the contract?
First initial sign up for management services is a 6-month contract. After 6 months, it’s on a month-to-month basis.
